About this project
Istanbul 2024: ATO Energysaving begins!
The historical, vibrant, beautiful city of Istanbul welcomed us with a new challenge.
ATO Energysaving was invited to conduct a performance audit of the Life Support System (LSS) at the Istanbul Akvaryum.
Within just one week, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the system and delivered an exclusive report outlining targeted solutions to optimize its performance for decades to come.
The first revisions have already been implemented, with many more improvements on the horizon.
We’re proud to support Florya in its journey toward greater efficiency and sustainability!

About Istanbul Akvaryum
As Turkey’s largest aquarium, Istanbul Akvaryum proudly holds the title of National Aquarium. It features a spectacular 4 million litres Ocean Tank with majestic sharks and immersive theming that captivates visitors from around the world.
ATO Energysaving was invited to investigate how to improve the water quality of the facility and how to reduce operational costs. We conducted a thorough analysis of the Life Support System (LSS), evaluating the LSS design and its equipment on relibility and of course performance. The findings provided valuable insights and formed the basis for targeted recommendations to enhance long-term efficiency and sustainability.
